Bilingual family (british/french) in ski resort on franco-swiss border seeks au pair

We would like an au pair to come and take part in our family life. We speak French and English (French father, English mother), and have 2 boys aged 4 and 10 months. We need support looking after the baby mostly, so are looking for someone who likes babies! He is a fun and easy baby. Mother is around but would like more flexibility to look for part-time work and do other things outside the house. 4 year old is at school 4 days a week. We are a very friendly family with 2 fun-loving boys. We live in a ski resort (www.lesrousses.com) in the Jura mountains on the border of France and Switzerland (French side). Ski slopes are on the doorstep. The village is lively and has a cinema, sports centre, shops and restaurants. Lake Geneva and town of Nyon is 30 mins drive, Geneva itself 40 mins drive. We would be keen for the au pair to speak English to the children, but can practice French with the father and of course out of the house. Come and enjoy the snow with us!!
