Dear prospect nanny/au pair, we are looking forward to welcome you at home. We are a 37/42 years old couple originally from Italy. We have both studied and lived abroad. We believe we are open-minded and certainly respectful of any diversity. We have a 2,5 years old boy whom is considered cute and joyful from his teachers and his current nanny. He is bi-lingual (English and Italian) but since from Sept 2011 he will attend a full-time French nursery, we are keen on nurturing his English and therefore we are looking for a Native speaker. We are waiting for another boy since December 2011. We do not expect you to take care of him during the night, plus I will be on maternity-leave at home for a few months.
My husband works for the UN and I teach in the University to students from all over the world - thereby we are used to understand and appreciate different cultures. We would like to find the best solution for both, in terms of weekly committment, schedule and salary.
Our expectations, besides having an English native speaker at home, is to share our life with an active and well-spirited person.
Last, we often travel to Italy and we'll be glad to host you and to introduce you also to this side of our culture.
We live in a sunny apartment (approx 120 sqm) in the center of the city of Geneva. You will have your own room and bathroom.
