Family living in luxembourg city needs aupair for 5 months

We are a Spanish-Argentine family living in Luxembourg with two children, Mateo (4) and Lucia (2). Both of us work full-time and father is away from home from Monday to Thursday.

We are fluent in Spanish and English and speak basic French. The kids speak Spanish, and French which they're learning at the creche.

We love cooking, reading, going to the movies and doing outdoor activities -picnics, day-trips, cycling, swimming, etc. We're lively and easy-going.

We live in a lovely house with garden in Belair, a nice neighboorhood just 10 min away from the city centre. The house is close to all amenities, there are great parks, sport, swimming facilities as well as cinemas, bars, etc. nearby.

We employ a cleaner and the house is smoke-free and pet-free.

You will have your own room and bathroom in the upper floor, with free Internet and TV access.

We seek a dedicated, responsible and caring Au pair to help with the children and some light housework.

You must speak one of the following languages: English, French or Spanish.

You should be looking forward to spending time with two bubbly and well-behaved children. Please note they go to nursery every day, from 09:00 to 16:00hs.

You should also have a valid driver's license as you will need to drive the children to/from nursery in the family car (only 5 min away).

This is a great opportunity to visit Luxembourg and its amazing surrounding areas (France, Belgium and Germany, castles, rivers, and lovely old towns...)

The city of Luxembourg has a lively and cosmopolitan atmosphere, with plentiful social and cultural activities to choose from. And everything is only a few minutes away from home!

You will also have the opportunity to learn or improve your language skills: three main languages are spoken here: French, German and Luxembourgish. English and Portuguese are also widely used and if you like Spanish, well, we're native speakers and will love to help you get better at it. There's also a great public language school (Institut National des Langues) which is located only 10 min away.

Finally, the aupair will enjoy great home-made food, such as Argentinian barbecues or Spanish tortillas to name but a few, a truly multicultural environment and a loving, caring family.
