Italian au pair

My name’s manuela, i'm 22 years old and i lived in settimo torinese for 21 years, a town a few miles from turin. now i’m living in an irish family as un aupair. my family is made up of five people: my mother who works for a piedmont region, my father who is a computer technician at the university of turin, my sister who is 13 years old and my brother who is 12 years old . i am a cheerful, optimistic and person, i am very patient and educated, i love being with children since i was younger. i like learning new things and are well ready for this. i have a big love for children, perhaps due to the fact that there is a difference of 10 years between my sister and me. when my brother and my sister were little i was a second mother to them. i took care of them when my mom was at work: changing napkins, preparing meals and lulling them to sleep: this empowered me in spite of my young age. i also had a wonderful opportunity to baby-sit for a child of 5 years old for a full year. i was spending with him many hours a day, and it was a wonderful experience. in addition to looking after the house, i did everything a mother does with her child, prepare dinner, bringing him to school, telling fairy tales to make him sleep and many other things ... i enjoyed a lot to see the first experiences of lorenzo, and help him to make the first homework. this is why i chose to have an experience as "au pair", because i think it will be a learning experience for me, as well as my english will be improving too. by the same functions the following year i looked after a 5 year old child and a child of 10months. now, i’m looking after two girls in an irish family since 2 months and half, and i’m very happy here, but i must change family because here there isn’t ballet school, and for my future i need to dance (going to ballet don't deduct time from work, but by my free time!). when i was 11, i approached the ballet by accident. up to that age of 15 i did a lot of sports that i liked, but i never gave them a sense of completeness that i found later in the ballet. the ballet was an essential element in my character since my teenage years. i learned to persevere if i want something, concentration, awareness of my body and my abilities, and much more. i am an active girl who likes sports and animals; sometimes i like to go horse riding, and more often i love to do agility with my dog. i was very pleased to hear from you, i hope to soon have news from you because you are a beautiful family and i would love to become your next aupair! hoping to meet you soon! yours sincerly manuela
