Look for a nice and serious nanny/babysitter for 3 children

Hi,

I am looking for an English spoken baby sitter. My children do not speak in English but I want them to hear/understand/learn some basic English, perhaps you may want to learn French ... it would be a nice exchange ?

I have 3 children (girl 8 1/2 Boy 6 1/2 and Boy 3 1/2)

Our Flat is in Asnières sur Seine, a pleasant city near Paris (6 minutes from Saint Lazare rail station)
We live in the Avenue de la Marne and our children will be in Simone Veil (rue Magenta) and Rejane 's schools (nearby Simone Veil) – about 7 minutes by foot from home.
I am looking for a serious and nice person, to look after them after school
• Monday to Friday (except Wednesday) :
from 6 pm to 7 pm or 7.30 pm - normally from Monday to Friday , and during holidays it would be roughly the same hours ;
• Wednesday, I would like someone to care of them from 1 pm to 7 pm, with the possibility to take them to their diverse activities (normally accessible by foot or at least by bus or metro)

Take care means for us : first of all, someone cautious and watchful, nice and talkative.
They take their shower alone (except the 3 year old boy) but need anyway to be watched + keep an eye on them until we get back home.
If you have to give the dinner, I would specify and anyway I would have prepared something, which has just to be heated up.
Normally Homework will have been done at school.
