The Difference Between Nannies and Au PairsAu pairs and nannies are not one and the same. While there are live-in nannies, typically a nanny won't live at your house. Nannies might not teach your kids another language, but you won't have to set them up at the language courses either. When looking for in-home childcare, keep in mind that you set the standards.
